Raw Brown Cane Sugar Grade E ICUMSA 600-1200
After the first crystallization of sugar cane, brown sugar, sometimes referred to as ICUMSA 600-1200, is created. White sugar is smoother than raw sugar, which is brownish in color. When fully processed, raw brown sugar from sugar cane generates roughly 70% white sugar, based on weight. Natural brown sugar has a higher mineral content since it contains more molasses.
In order to provide our customers and clients with the highest quality goods, we refine raw sugar to remove impurities.
